About the author

Tony Frost’s contribution to HR management has earned him the highest respect in this field. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management, for whom he also served as president for two years, and was a Member of the Advisory Board of the Global Forum of SHRM.

He served five years as CEO of WWF, the conservation organisation, and sits on the board of the South African National Biodiversity Institute, which is changed with conserving the biodiversity in South Africa.

He is the CEO of Sirocco Strategy Management.
